Creston PLC 15 October 2003 Result of EGM - Replacement. The following replaces the number of new ordinary shares for which application has been made to the UK Listing Authority at 11.23am under RNS number 9236Q. The number of shares should be 7,647,591 ordinary shares (being 5,303,841 ordinary shares by way of placing and open offer and a further 2,343,750 shares in respect to the consideration shares) and not 5,303,841 as previously stated. Creston Plc ("Creston" or the "Company") Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") Creston, the marketing services and communications group, is pleased to announce that the resolutions relating to the acquisition of Nelson Bostock Communications Limited and the Placing and Open Offer, set out in the prospectus dated 19 September 2003 (the "Prospectus") were duly passed by shareholders at the EGM held today at 11.00 a.m.. Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the 7,647,591 new ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange plc for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. It is expected that Admission will take place and dealings will commence in the new ordinary shares on Thursday, 16 October 2003. It is expected that CREST members' accounts will be credited in respect of the new ordinary shares on 16 October 2003 and that definitive share certificates will be dispatched to shareholders by 23 October 2003.
