Issue of Shares under Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)

Creston plc (the "Company") announces that 7,210 ordinary shares (0.01% of the Company's total issued share capital) were issued on 24 October 2008, from Treasury, to employees as part of the Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) in respect of awards made in August 2005.

As a result of this issue, at the close of business on 30 October 2008 Creston plc's issued share capital consisted of 55,761,238 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, including 1,750,213 held in the Creston plc Employee Benefit Trust and 52,383 held in Treasury. The International Securities Identification Number for Creston plc's ordinary shares is GB0004440284.
