The Company was notified today that following the disposal of 32,000 ordinary
shares on 9 February 2005 and 200,000 ordinary shares on 11 February 2005, Mr.
B. Cook is interested in 916,561 ordinary shares representing 3.64 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company.

These ordinary shares are held in the registered name of Rock Nominees Limited.
