Substantial shareholding

The Company was informed today that Western Selection PLC, as a result of the
allotment of 126,002 ordinary shares under the recent placing and open offer, is
interested in 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, representing 5.58 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mr. D.C Marshall, Chairman of Creston Plc, is deemed to be interested in this
transaction as he is also a director of  both Western Selection and the Company.
