Mr C D Fry , a director, has today exercised his subscription rights under the
Creston plc Share Option Scheme in respect of the option he holds to subscribe
for 150,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at an exercise price of 45 pence
per share. In addition, subscriptions rights under the Creston plc Share
Option Scheme were also were exercised today by an employee in respect of
35,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. Listing has been applied for in
respect of the total of 185,000 ordinary shares.
