Board Changes

Appointment of Kate Burns as Non-Executive Director

David Marshall steps down from Board as Non-Executive Director

Creston plc ('Creston' or the 'Group') (LSE: CRE), the international marketing communications group, today announces two changes to its Board.

Effective 1 November 2014, Kate Burns will join the Board as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of its Remuneration Committee.

Kate has significant digital media experience, gained in various senior level European roles. She joined Google in 2001 as Managing Director for the UK - their first non-US employee - and remained with them for seven years, rising to Regional Director for the UK, Ireland and Benelux.

In 2008 Kate moved to Bebo, the social network, becoming Vice President & Managing Director Europe shortly after its acquisition by AOL, before being promoted to the role of AOL Senior Vice President Europe.

Kate's current position is with social advertising technology platform SHIFT.com, having joined them earlier in the year as their European Managing Director.

The Group also announces that David Marshall is stepping down from the Board as Non-Executive Director, effective 30 November 2014.  David was Chairman of Creston plc from its formation in 2001 until 2010. Thereafter he remained on the Board as a Non-Executive Director and has made an enormous contribution to the Group during his long tenure.

Richard Huntingford, Non-Executive Chairman of Creston plc, commented: "We are delighted that Kate is joining us. Our marketplace is a dynamic one and, as we continue to evolve our business to deliver more technology based marketing solutions for our clients, Kate's vast digital experience will be invaluable in driving and embedding this focus across the Group."

Richard added: "I would also like to thank David for the constant wise counsel and experience which he has brought to the Board during his time with Creston. Having been with the Group since its inception, David has played a key part in overseeing its growth and development and leaves the Group well placed for the future."
