The Company was notified today that Mrs Vanessa Knox-Brien the wife of Barrie
Brien, Chief Operating and Financial Officer, acquired 1,875 ordinary shares at
a price of 153 pence per ordinary share on 23 March 2005.



Following this purchase Barrie Brien will have an interest in 11,625 ordinary
shares representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital. These
shares are registered under Rock Nominees Limited.
