The Company was notified today that Barrie Brien, Chief Operating and Financial
Officer, acquired 4,125 ordinary shares at a price of 164 pence per ordinary
share on 21 March 2005.



Following this purchase Barrie Brien will have an interest in 9,750 ordinary
shares representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital. These
shares are registered under Rock Nominees Limited.
