Issue of options



Creston plc  (the "Company") on 8 September 2004 granted options over a total of
368,163 ordinary shares pursuant to the Creston plc Sharesave Scheme following
application from 112 employees totalling a subscription value of £500,701.68.
All options granted are exercisable at a price of 136 pence per share and become
exercisable for six months only from the 8 September 2007.
