Creston PLC 07 April 2004 CRESTON PLC 7 APRIL 2004 Director's dealing The Company was notified today that David Courtnall Marshall, Chairman of Creston plc, has transferred 3,250 ordinary shares and 520 warrants to his son, Lloyd Marshall for no consideration. Following this transfer David Courtnall Marshall will no longer have a beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares. However, he continues to be deemed to be interested in the 2 million ordinary shares, representing approximately 9.1% of the issued share capital and 308,264 warrants of the Company owned by Western Selection P.L.C.
