PDMR Notification

CHL today announces that it was notified on 31 March 2023, that:

a) Neil Eckert, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in CHL, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 8,200 common shares of $0.01 par value each in CHL ("Common Shares") at a price of £4.8875 per Common Share and then repurchased into his Individual Savings Account (ISA) 4,100 Common Shares at a price of £4.8875 per Common Share;

b) Nicola Eckert, a person closely associated (PCA) with Neil Eckert, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, following the aforementioned sale of Common Shares by Neil Eckert, purchased into her ISA, 4,100 Common Shares at a price of £4.8875 per Common Share;

The above transactions all took place on 31 March 2023.

Following these transactions Neil Eckert's beneficial ownership interest (which includes shares held by PCA Nicola Eckert) has not changed, and stands at 701,562 common shares.
