Grant of Options

The Company announces that on 20 August 2007, under the Company's Sharesave
Scheme, it granted 165,748 options over Creston shares at an exercise price of
155.4 pence per ordinary share. These options will vest on 1 October 2010. This
grant includes 6,081 options for the Chief Executive Officer, Mr D H Elgie.
