The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Malcolm Wall as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Mr Wall is Chief Executive, Content Division, Virgin Media, the leading entertainment and communications company, and a non-executive director of ITE Group plc, one of the world's leading organisers of exhibitions and conferences. Mr Wall's appointment follows that of Mr Andrew Dougal, who joined the Board on 6 September 2006 as a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. The Board also today announces that Mr David Hanger and Mr Peter Cunard will both step down as non-executive directors at the AGM to be held on 30 July 2007. Mr Hanger and Mr Cunard have been directors since Creston's inception as a marketing services company in 2001 and have provided considerable support and guidance in the past. Commenting on the appointments, David Marshall, Chairman of Creston plc, said: "We are delighted to welcome Malcolm to the Board of Creston.
