Limited had purchased 750,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 22nd November
2006.

Following this purchase Key Special Situations Fund Limited has an interest in
4,250,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.27% of
the total issued share capital of the Company.
