The Company was notified on 11th December 2006 that CIM Special Situations Fund
Limited (formerly Perinvest Special Situations Fund Limited) had purchased
500,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 7th December 2006 and had previously
purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 16th November 2006.

With the above purchases, CIM Special Situations Fund Limited has an interest in
8,240,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 6.35% of
the total issued share capital of the Company.
