Condor Resources plc ('the Company') has today received notification that on 19
June 2007 JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited disposed of 10,000,000
ordinary shares in the Company, following which it no longer has an interest in
the Company.

Condor has also received notification yesterday that on 4 July 2007 Mr Jim
Mellon, through Galloway Limited, acquired 15,000,000 ordinary shares in the
Company, following which Galloway Limited is interested in 15,000,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 11.5 per cent. of the total voting rights in
the Company.
