Condor Resources plc ("Condor" or "the Company")

Holding(s) in Company

Condor (AIM: CNR), the Central American gold exploration company, was notified on 31st March 2011 that Galloway Limited, a company which is indirectly wholly owned by the trustee of a settlement under which James Mellon has a life interest, no longer had a notifiable interest in the Company.

This notification was initially made to the Company on 20th December 2010. However, the Company had no record of receiving the initial notification and is therefore announcing the notification today.
