The Board of Condor Resources PLC, a mining exploration company operating in
Central America, today announces that Steve Dobson is stepping down from the
position of Executive Director and resigning from the Board with effect from
13th September 2006.  Steve Dobson's contract was to spend half of his time
working for Condor Resources PLC and his main task was to achieve a successful
listing on AIM.  Having achieved this goal he wishes to pursue other interests.
The Board thanks Steve Dobson for assisting the company to achieve a successful
listing on AIM.
