Concurrent Technologies PLC ('the Company') announces that it today received
notification from Gartmore Investment Management plc (dated 26 July 2005), that
following a sale of 160,501 ordinary shares on 25 July 2005, Gartmore Investment
Limited, Gartmore Fund Managers Limited and Gartmore Global Partners now have a
notifiable interest in 8,624,879 Ordinary Shares of 1p each representing
approximately 11.864% of the current issued Ordinary Share capital of the
Company.  These shares are held as follows:
