Concurrent  Technologies Plc, which designs, produces and  markets
single  board  computers based on Multibus II, VME  &  CompactPCI,
announces  that  A.  D.  Hurley,  a  non-executive  Director,  has
resigned  from the Board, due to other business commitments,  with
effect from 31 August 2000.
