Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer boards for critical applications, announces that the Company has today posted copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 to shareholders, along with notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at Building 1230 (Second Floor), Waterside Drive, Arlington Business Park, Theale, Berkshire, RG7 4SA on Thursday 24 August 2023 at 2:00 p.m. A copy of the annual report and accounts and notice of AGM is available on the Company's website, www.gocct.com.
