notification on 8 March 2005 from Gartmore Investment Management plc, that after
a purchase of shares Gartmore Investment Limited, Gartmore Fund Managers Limited
and Gartmore Global Partners have a notifiable interest in 8,878,356 Ordinary
Shares of 1p each representing approximately 12.212% of the current issued
Ordinary Share capital of the Company.  These shares are held as follows:
