Concurrent Technologies plc ('the Company') announces that Michael Collins,
Director, and his wife Jennifer Collins have each today transferred through
the market 152,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company to the Michael Collins Self
Invested Pension Plan all at a mid-market price of 33 1/32 pence per share.
