                            Director's share purchase


Concurrent Technologies Plc (the 'Company') has today received notification that
Michael Collins, Chairman, has purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the company
to be held within his personal pension.


The price paid was 22.5p pence per share and the transaction date was 21
December 2004. This is in addition to the 10,000 shares bought on 10 December,
20,000 shares bought on 9 December and 50,000 shares bought on 7 December 2004.
