Concurrent Technologies Plc (the 'company') has today received notification that
Michael Collins, Chairman, has purchased a further 20,000 ordinary shares in the
company to be held within his personal pension.



The price paid was 21 pence per share and the transaction date was 9 December
2004. This is in addition to the 50,000 shares bought on 7 December 2004.
