Concurrent Technologies Plc (the 'Company') announces, that on 23 April 2004,
the following Directors were each granted the below noted ordinary share options
in the Company all at an exercise price of 25p per share. These options have an
exercise period of between three and ten years and are conditional on average
weighted compound earnings per share growth of a minimum of 5% per annum:
