notification yesterday that, Mr M Collins, Chairman, purchased on 26 April 2004
50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') for
his personal pension fund The Michael Collins SIPP at a price of 25.5 pence per
share.
