Director's share purchase

Concurrent Technologies Plc (the 'Company') received notification yesterday that
Glen Fawcett, Managing Director and Jane Annear, Commercial Director, have each
purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the company.

In both cases. the price paid was 23.5 pence per share and the transaction date
was 23 December 2004.
