Concurrent Technologies Plc ('the Company') announces that it received
notification that, Mr Michael Collins, Director, today purchased in his SIPP
20,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 36 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Collins has an interest, directly and indirectly, in
4,423,287 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents approximately 6.12 per
cent of the Company's voting rights.
