Concurrent Technologies Plc (the 'Company') announces that it has received
notification that, on 31 March 2008, Jennifer Collins transferred 2,863,382
Ordinary Shares in the Company to Michael Collins, a Director of the Company,
for nil consideration.

Following the above transfer, Mr Collins has an interest in 4,443,287 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, representing approximately 6.2% of the Total Voting
Rights.
