The following announcement replaces the announcement released on 27 December
2007 at 4.06pm under RNS number 7110K and is to clarify that the original
announcement concerned a sale and not a purchase by the Director concerned.


Concurrent Technologies Plc (the 'Company') announces that it has received
notification that, on 27 December 2007, David Evans-Hughes, a Director of the
Company, sold 12,600 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 32 pence per share.


Following the above sale, Mr Evans-Hughes has an interest in 959,139 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.34% of the Total Voting
Rights.
