The Company was notified today of the following change to the Chairman, Michael
Collins', shareholding:

The Trustees of Mr. Collins' Self Invested Personal Pension, transferred 926,649
ordinary shares in the Company into Mr. Collins' own name.

The transaction took place on 26 November 2007 at a price of 33.75p per share.
