Concurrent Technologies Plc ('the Company') has today received notification that
David Evans-Hughes, Director, today purchased 60,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 26 pence per share, and a further 35,000 shares at a price
of 25.5 pence per share. This brings his total holding to 1,074,839 ordinary
shares representing 1.48% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
