                            Directors' Shareholding

Concurrent Technologies Plc ('the Company') announces that it received
notification today that on 27 June 2007, Mr Peter Crowther, Director,
transferred from his SIPP 295,480 Ordinary Shares at a price of 47 pence per
share into his own name at a price of 47.017 pence per share.  Mr Crowther's
beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged.
