AGM Statement

Concurrent Technologies PLC 29 April 2005 Concurrent Technologies Plc AGM Statement At today's Annual General Meeting, Michael Collins, Chairman of Concurrent Technologies which manufactures high end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, transportation, communications and industrial markets, made the following comments: 'This year has started well for Concurrent Technologies especially in the defence and telecommunications markets where we have not only had a good order intake but we have further increased our customer base. Our first quarter revenues for this year were encouraging and we expect to continue to build on this good start.' 'We are continually investing in design and development. Since I last reported to shareholders in early March we have released another high performance product, which is primarily targeted at the telecommunications market, but will also be attractive in some defence applications. Thanks to this continuing investment many other products are being designed at present and will be released in the coming months. This should ensure that the company is well placed to benefit from new opportunities with existing and new customers.' 'In response to increased sales demand, the need for improved efficiencies and technological changes, the company has now completed the expansion of its in-house manufacturing capability. I am pleased to report that the new manufacturing line is fully operational. This new line, which complements our existing line, will enable us to increase our automated assembly rate significantly.' 29 April 2005 Enquiries: College Hill 020 7457 2020 Corinna Dorward This information is provided by RNS The company news service from the London Stock Exchange
