This is to advise you that Mr P W Hulme has announced that he will be resigning
as Chairman of the Company with effect from close of business of the AGM to be
held on 10 May 2001. Mr Hulme will remain a non-executive director.
With effect from close of business of the AGM Mr R A Sandler will assume the
role of Chairman. Mr Sandler has today entered into a Service Agreement with the
Company and becomes an executive director.
