Metrologie Acquired from CHS Holdings

Computacenter (UK) Ltd the largest IT systems and services provider in the
UK, today announced that it has acquired Metrologie a UK based division of
CHS Holdings.  Net assets of the acquired business as at 28 October 1999
were £500,000.  The business was purchased from the Administrator.  The
subsidiary has two business arms; a volume Distribution arm which will
further extend the reach of Computacenter's own Distribution business (CCD)
in the UK market as a focused product and service provider to the Indirect
Channel.  Secondly, an Enterprise Distribution business specialising in
UNIX, Server, Consultancy and Integration skills.  The business will
continue to operate under the Metrologie name.
