Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons

This is to advise you that the following directors were granted share options in
the Company in the amounts and on the terms listed below on 20 March 2001.

In all cases the options are over Computacenter 5p ordinary shares with an
exercise price of 333.5p per share options. Nil consideration was paid for the
grant of options.


Mr R. A. Sandler

150,000 share options exercisable 3 years after date of grant.

150,000 share options exercisable 4 years after date of grant.

200,000 share options exercisable 5 years after date of grant.

The total amount of shares or debentures over which Mr Sandler holds options
after this award is 500,000 shares.


Mr M. J. Norris

57,721 options exercisable 3 years after date of grant.

The total amount of shares or debentures over which Mr Norris holds options
after this award is 1,061,692 shares.


Mr F. A. Conophy

35,982 options exercisable 3 years after date of grant.

The total mount of shares or debentures over which Mr Conophy holds options
after this award is 270,756 shares.

Performance criteria for Mr Norris and Mr Conophy

Options become exercisable if the average annual compound growth in the
Company's fully diluted earnings per share, compared to the base year of 2000,
is at least equal to RPI plus 5% in any of the three, four or five year periods
up to and including 2003, 2004, or 2005 respectively.
