Director/PDMR shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.4R (1) (a) and 3.1.4R (1) (b)

On 29 March 2012, Computacenter Plc was notified that Philip Hulme, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had on the same day, transferred 100,000 ordinary shares to the Hadley Trust for nil consideration. The Hadley Trust is a charitable trust of which Philip Hulme is a Trustee.  This transaction represented approximately 0.06% of the issued share capital.  Following this transaction, Philip Hulme's beneficial holding in the Company is 17,051,770 ordinary shares, representing 11.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
