person of Greg Lock, a Director of Computacenter plc, had on 21 March 2011
purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 420.00 pence per share.


Following this transaction, Greg Lock's beneficial holding in the Company is
400,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.26% of the issued share capital.
