On 30 April 2009, Computacenter plc was notified that Greg Lock, Chairman of the Company, had on the same day, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 150.00p.  

Following this transaction, Greg Lock's beneficial holding in the Company is 300,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.2% of the issued share capital.
