On 27 November 2009, Computacenter plc was notified that Greg Lock, Chairman of the Company, had on the same day, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 249p.  

Following this transaction, Greg Lock's beneficial holding in the Company is 350,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.228% of the issued share capital.
