Computacenter plc, the European IT infrastructure services provider, announces
that Alan Pottinger has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company.

Ron Sandler, Chairman of Computacenter said:

'After almost 20 years with Computacenter, Alan has decided to pursue other
career interests. We are extremely grateful to Alan for his services to the
Group, and in particular for his professional management of the Company
secretarial function covering many years as a private Company and since
flotation in 1998.

We wish Alan every success in his future career.'

Stephen Benade has been appointed to the position of Company Secretary in
addition to his existing role as Group Risk and Insurance manager.
