Comland Commercial plc ('Comland' or 'the Company')
Comland Commercial plc announces that on the 9 May 2000 the
Company purchased 4,250 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in
the capital of Comland Commercial plc at a price of 103 pence
per share. These shares will be cancelled accordingly.
