Annual Report 2013 incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting

Compass Group PLC ("the Company") released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 30 September 2013 ("Annual Results Announcement") on 27 November 2013.  Further to the Annual Results Announcement, the Company confirms that the Annual Report 2013, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2014 and Form of Proxy have today been published.  

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at noon on Thursday 6 February 2014 at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London SW1P 3EE.

In compliance with DTR 6.3.5(3) the following documents can be downloaded in pdf format from the Company's website at www.compass-group.com .

●  Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2013
