500,000 shares in Compass Group PLC at an average price of 616
pence.
These purchases increase the number of shares in Compass Group
PLC held by Compass Group Trustees Ltd to 2,883,344.
Compass Group Trustees Ltd is a discretionary trust for the
benefit of all employees, in which the directors have a
technical interest.
