NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
On 21 February 2011, Takeshi Kohjima, a PDMR, who is responsible for the Group's Japanese business, exercised 200,000 options at an option price of 320.00 pence. He disposed of 113,158 Shares at 567.00 pence per Share in order to meet his resultant liabilities and retained the remaining 86,842 Shares.
Following this transaction, Mr Kohjima's shareholding has increased to 185,429 Shares, representing 0.0098% of the Company's issued share capital.
