Compass Group Completes Acquisition of Obasan in Turkey

We announced on 3 August 2011 that Compass Group had agreed to acquire the entire issued share capital of Obasan Gıda İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Obasan"), subject to obtaining clearance from the board of the competition authority of the Republic of Turkey. We are now pleased to confirm that the necessary clearance has been received and the acquisition completed on 3 October 2011.
