Compass Group Acquires IDA Service A/S in Denmark

We are pleased to announce the acquisition yesterday of IDA Service A/S ("IDA") by Compass Group Denmark for a cash consideration of DKK148 million (c. £17 million).  IDA is a well established operator of food and support services in the Danish market and will complement our existing operations. IDA has been acquired from OKF Holding A/S and its management.
