               Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting on June 26th

Commercial International Bank (CIB) - Egypt will conduct an Extraordinary
General Assembly Meeting to be held on Monday, June 26th, 2006 at 11:00 A.M to
deliberate the following Agenda:

1.  Stock Option Plan for Employees as part of the Bank's Employees Motivation Plan.

2.  Increase the Issued and Paid in Capital from LE 1300MM to LE 1950MM by Free 
    Shares and amending accordingly Articles No.6 and 7 of the Bank's Statute.
